Early bird discounts

If you book a motorhome from Atlas Motorhomes well in advance, the early-bird discount comes off your hire rate automatically. The earlier you book, the bigger the discount: it kicks in at six months out and gets meaningfully better by ten months. There is nothing to claim and no code to enter, and the price you see in the quote is already adjusted.

Why we offer it

Early bookings let the depot team plan ahead. We can sequence vehicle handovers, schedule turnarounds without late-night shuffles, and lock in the right vehicle for your dates. That predictability is genuinely worth something to us, and the discount is how we share that value with you.

How it works

There are two tiers, applied automatically based on the gap between your booking date and your collection date:

Six months or more in advance. The standard early-bird discount applies. The price quoted on our website already includes it.
Ten months or more in advance. A bigger discount applies. The biggest savings on Atlas hires sit in this window. Useful for school-holiday weeks that fill quickly.

You do not need a code, and you do not need to phone the depot. Pick your dates and vehicle on the quote page; if your collection is far enough out, the rate already reflects the early-bird saving.

10 months out A bigger discount kicks in. The cheapest way to hire on the most-popular weeks (school holidays, festival weekends).

Pay in full = +5% Stack a further 5% off by paying the whole hire at booking instead of the 27/75 deposit and balance schedule.

Same hire, lower price Same fleet, same handover, same inclusions. The discount adjusts the rate; everything else works the same.

Stack a 5% pay-in-full discount on top

If you pay the full hire amount at booking instead of taking the standard 25/75 deposit and balance schedule, an additional 5% comes off the price. This stacks on the early-bird saving, so booking ten months out and paying in full at booking is the lowest-priced way to hire from Atlas. What it does not change

The discount adjusts the hire rate only. The £2,000 security deposit, the standard insurance excess, and the package choice all work the same as on any other Atlas booking. Cancellation policy is also unchanged: see our terms for the full picture.
